Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and enhance overall system performance.
- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to stakeholders to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce recurring incidents.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex system issues.
- Experience in managing incident, problem, and change management processes within IT service environments.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and understanding of business workflows to support system integration and functionality.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools and diagnostic utilities to proactively identify potential system failures.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical teams and business users.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
