- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize support processes and system stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting distributed data processing environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and integration techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to streamline support tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
