- Document and communicate findings and solutions clearly to support knowledge sharing within the team.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Alteryx.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in diagnosing and resolving software issues.
- Familiarity with system monitoring and incident management practices.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify root causes effectively.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Experience working in dynamic environments requiring adaptability and quick learning.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Alteryx.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
