- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system reliability and optimize support processes.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical and problem-solving skills.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AAAP (Accenture Advanced Analytics Platform).
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex system interactions and identify potential points of failure.
- Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and resolve issues.
- Capability to document technical processes and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
