JLL is seeking an experienced Assistant Facility Manager - Soft Services to support the delivery of high-quality soft services operations at our client facilities in Bangalore. This role will assist in managing day-to-day soft services operations including housekeeping, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and related support services to ensure optimal workplace experiences.
Soft Services Operations ManagementOversee daily soft services operations including housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and hygiene services. Ensure all services meet quality standards and service level agreements. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to maintain service delivery excellence.
Vendor ManagementAssist in managing relationships with soft services vendors and contractors. Monitor vendor performance against KPIs and SLAs. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits. Address service gaps and implement corrective actions promptly.
Health, Safety & ComplianceEnsure all soft services operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Maintain documentation and records as required. Support implementation of workplace safety protocols and hygiene standards.
Budget & Cost ManagementAssist in managing soft services budgets and controlling operational costs. Track expenses and identify cost optimization opportunities. Process invoices and maintain accurate financial records for soft services.
Client & Stakeholder ManagementServe as point of contact for soft services-related queries and requests. Conduct regular walkthroughs with clients and stakeholders. Gather feedback and implement service improvements to enhance workplace experience.
Team CoordinationSupervise housekeeping and soft services staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient operations. Conduct training sessions on quality standards and safety procedures.
Education:Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in facility management with focus on soft services operations, preferably in commercial real estate or corporate facilities
