Assistant Manager - Finance

The key role of this position is to monitor, analyze, report and provide insights on Sales, A&P and Sales force domains.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Sales & Trade Spends:

• Prepare a monthly detailed sales dashboard - at brand, category level.
• Price volume analysis for sales variance with actionable insights on topline growth.  Monitoring of actuals v/s approved budgets for Trade Spends
• Actuals Reporting in reporting tool and to internal stakeholders within specified due dates Marketing:
• Preparation of monthly accruals and actuals review to support monthly closing/ reporting
• Preparation of monthly actuals v/s budget dashboards at activity / brand level
• Prepare first level budgets during the planning cycles as per the required planning cycle calendar and periodic monitoring of estimates with plan.
• Calling out for over / under spends in Marketing and forecasting the spends in line with the topline trend with actionable insights on spend effectiveness and ROI analysis.
• Ensure compliance of accounting and internal control rules Sales Force Costs:
• Preparation of Monthly actuals v/s budget dashboard at various cost buckets
• Prepare first level budgets during the planning cycles as per the required planning cycle calendar and periodic monitoring of estimates with plan.
• Detailed analysis of costs to generate the insights and report to all stakeholders on a timely basis. Value creation opportunities identification and implantation of ideas.
• Preparation of monthly accruals and actual review. Channel & Brand P&L
• Preparation and analysis and provide preliminary insights. Pricing
• Assist Pricing computation during price revisions and updating prices in SAP.

Education & Experience

Education: CA / CWA / MBA Finance with 3 - 6 years’ experience Experience

SAP working knowledge, Excel Expertise, PowerBi working knowledge.

Experience in working with Manufacturing / Pharma / FMCG preferred.
