Associate Director - Project Management - Civil/MEP - Hyderabad

1. Manage and Monitor construction works, program and accomplishment
2. Oversee coordination between AE and GC (Approval of RFI’s, RFA’s, submittals, drawings, samples and mock-ups)
3. Oversee GC design, planning and coordination works
4. Oversee GC QA/QC management and implementation
5. Oversee GC Safety and Security Department management and implementation
6. Assist DCD in monitoring GC construction deliverables.
7. Attend the CSA and M&E workshops, coordination meeting to ensure that design, technical and site issues are discussed and resolved accordingly.
8. Review and recommend Construction Management Plan (Construction Methods, Planning, Coordination, Quality Control/Assurance, Testing and implementation Plan).
9. Review and recommend for approval of the EHS plan
10. Review and monitor the program, site progress and quality of works
11. Review the working programs and mitigation process in the event of delays.
12. Routine site walks with QA/QC Team to educate that GC and Packaged Contractors Site and QA/QC Team are aware on the Project Requirement and Specification.
13. Routine site walks with GC and Packaged Contractors Safety Team to have a Safe Working Environment
14. Weekly Audit on the QA/QC documents and COMPASS implementation.

Weekly Audit on EHS documents.

1. Atleast 15 years of construction experience with progressive responsibility of project construction management
2. Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Project Management, or Construction Management
3. Direct experience in data center construction is preferred.
