As a Software Engineer, you will be a part of an Engineering team which implements multi-tier (DB, services, web and Custom Apps) software applications. You will get involved in development, testing, bug fixing and enhancing existing systems when needed. In your agile team, you will closely work with engineers, BSAs, QA and operations teams, and develop solutions that meet business requirements. You will spend most of your time developing clean code with limited abstraction. You will also implement and support compliance with Freshworks compliance and information security processes.
1-3 years of prior experience
Good understanding of OOPS
Good knowledge of any object-oriented Programming Language like Python or Java.
Knowledge of SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)
Solid problem-solving skills
Experience with hands-on programming
Good knowledge in data structures and algorithms
Good to Have:
Experience with Web Frameworks like Django
Knowledge of Integration Platforms
Experience troubleshooting in a SaaS environment with an assertive deployment schedule
