About the team

The Merchant Solutions NAP team of Worldpay will be Operating core-banking for one of the world’s largest payment processors requires diligence and experience designing and running highly available, highly scalable systems in production.

Worldpay is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to help join a new SRE function within giving you the chance to shape best practices as we migrate our core acquiring platform to a cloud based micro-services architecture.

We work to develop solution to deal with fraud & dispute activities for acquiring business in Merchant domain.

What you will be doing

Responsibilities

Experience in Testing with:
•Strong problem-solving skills
•Ensure test scripts are automated, tested and uploaded to Code Repository post Code review from Peers.
•Demonstrate an increase in automation capability as identified by your manager on an individual basis within your 365 Performance Plan
•Maintain a high defect detecting efficiency with minimal defect Rejection rate.
•Follow the standard Test process and tools that streamline test activities, eliminate non-value add activities and reduce re-work.
•Deliver on-time all project or execution work as assigned to you with Schedule variance less than 5% and effort variance less than 10%.

What you bring:

Required Skillset:
Software Test Life Cycle
•Knowledge in Merchant solutions domain.
•Working experience on BDD framework, POM, Java/C#, Selenium Web Driver - TestNG,
•Jenkins, Git/GitHub/Bitbucket
•Rally
•IBM DB2/MySQL/SQL/Cassandra
•API Testing using SOAP/Postman/Swagger
•SAFe Agile
Desired:
•Performance Testing using Jmeter or equivalent tool.
•Java Batch job Testing.

Educational Qualification: …

• A Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

• Knowledge of Worldpay products and services
• Knowledge of Payments services industry
