Job Description

SAP FICO Consultant: -Experience Level: 8+ Years exp in SAP Finance System is a must


  • Create and implement SAP Finance solutions to meet the organization’s financial needs. S/4 HANA Implementation Experience is required.
  • Configure and personalize SAP Finance modules, including Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Fixed Asset Accounting (FA) (AA).
  • Provide end-users with functional and technical support, including SAP Finance system training and guidance.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to identify and translate business requirements into SAP Finance solutions.
  • Work with the finance team to ensure the organization’s reporting and analysis requirements are met.
  • Perform system testing and debugging to ensure that the SAP Finance systems are operating properly.
  • Develop and maintain SAP Finance system and process documentation.• Maintain an awareness of the latest SAP Finance best practices, trends, and technologies. Requirements:
  • Qualification in Accounting or a related discipline. • A minimum of 8 years' experience implementing and configuring SAP Finance systems.
  • Expertise with SAP Finance modules including FI, CO, AP, AR, GL, and AA.
  • Integration expertise between SAP Finance and other non-SAP systems.
  • Solid analytic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Possessing a certification in SAP Finance is a plus. Lastly, this position requires a candidate with extensive experience with SAP Finance systems, as well as superior communication and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to collaborate with other IT teams and business stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Have extensive expertise in SAP FI Module. Will have necessary knowledge to prepare Solution architecture for complex business scenarios, conduct Workshops· Business Process workshops, Suggest Business process change and handle Change Management· Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.· Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

MBA ( Finance), CA, CMA
