Job Description:5-8 years of experience as SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, having worked on at least 2 implementations and one support project on Onboarding.Experience Required:· Valid SAP SuccessFactors Certification is mandatory.· Responsible for administering technical solutions on Onboarding (ONB) as per client requirement· Understanding and configuration of data models, Business rules, Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, and Associations· Experience in alteast one more modules such as Goal Management, Performance Management, Succession and Development Planning, Recruiting, and Learning, Employee Central desirable.· Implementation experience on SF Onboarding with client facing roles.· Experience in optimizing and streamlining global HR processes· Knowledge of inter-module dependencies in SAP SuccessFactors.· Experience with data migration and data management activities in SAP SuccessFactors· Hands on experience on Reporting (Advanced reporting, People Analytics) is desirable.· Knowledge of integration center is good to have.· Aware of all the stages of SAP implementation methodology.Experience Good to Have:· Good understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors HCM suite architecture· Good business knowledge of various HR processes and Talent management processes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:· Participating in workshops with key users/end users & preparation of Configuration Workbook, Testing and user training.· Must be able to translate Customer business rules to technical business requirements.· Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and comfortable working with global customers.· Consultants must be able to work independently and with others; in preparing Configuration workbooks, Fit-Gap Analysis documents, Functional specifications, Impact Analysis Documents.· Strong attention to detail and good analytical and problem-solving skills.· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
