Senior Business Systems Analyst

Business Analyst, eCOA System - What You’ll Do As a business analyst at eCOA System, you will be responsible for analyzing the business requirements and designing solutions for our eCOA system. You will also collaborate with the web development, backend, and device teams to ensure the integration and functionality of the eCOA system. Additionally, you will communicate with the clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

• Responsibilities
  • Analyze the business requirements and design solutions for eCOA system using various data analysis and organization tools.
  • Work directly with the clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and provide feedback and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the web development, backend, and device teams to ensure the integration and functionality of the eCOA system.
  • Create and present reports and documentation to support the analysis and solutions.
  • Conduct research and identify new technologies and methods to improve the eCOA system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or problems related to the eCOA system Requirements and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or related role
  • Experience with eCOA system or similar applications is a plus.
  • Proficient in Atlassian JIRA and Confluence for requirements gathering through stories, managing releases, priorities, and collaboration.
  • Proficient in data analysis and organization tools such as Excel.
  • Familiar with web technologies such as React.js, AWS, RESTful APIs, etc.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
