Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs.
Must have skills : SAP UI5 Development
Good to have skills : Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Summary:
As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and performance standards. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and ensure that all functional requirements are clearly defined and addressed. The Business Process Architect actively participates in quality management activities to verify that the processes meet established criteria. Additionally, the role includes educating and guiding stakeholders to foster a thorough understanding of the process designs, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement across the organization.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to align business process designs with organizational objectives and operational needs.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among cross-functional teams to enhance process effectiveness.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML).
- Strong understanding of user interface design principles and best practices within SAP environments.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and process workflows.
- Experience in collaborating with application architects and development teams to ensure seamless integration of business processes.
- Familiarity with quality management processes to ensure compliance with design and functional standards.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
