Run sourcing projects for the assigned material fields and regions (Source to Contract)Engage with key suppliers to establish deep supplier relationships and build/extend relationships across the divisions (supplier mentorship).Manage suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance, incl. data quality, supplier evaluation, contract managementLead the negotiation of complex contracts and event driven cost reductions and close resp. global contracts in regards with focus on purchasing automation / e-commerce & using indirect purchasing IT tools & platform
Design Negotiation Strategies and execute under competition as well as w/o competitionMaintain a high level of product and industry awareness to keep current on best practices, new suppliers, market trends, etc.

Effectively communicate category strategies to the internal stakeholders & Suppliers
Steer global/cross-divisional projects of strategical importance and effectively balancing the RFQ process and TCO evaluation of suppliers against the business stakeholder's requirements.
Perform total cost of ownership evaluations and supply-market researches
Evaluate complex situations to develop and implement a preferred solution for the maximum benefit of the business.
Drive continuous improvement in cost, delivery, and quality performance.
Maintain Master-Data in various IT systems

Completed degree in electrical-, mechanical- or industrial engineering, or related
Experiences in Negotiation & International Suppliers Management Ability to work closely with business, engineering, and legal teams on issues to create strong commercial solutions for BoschHigh proficiency in MS office and other user IT-tools and systemsExcellent communication and ability to work in interdisciplinary teamsCompetent appearance and self-management of tasks
