You will be a key member of the National Management Team, contributing to Development expertise alongside strong analytical skills to shape and drive India’s development strategies.  The role focusses on identifying growth opportunities, building strategy for Growth & executing strategy on ground.  




How you create impact

Operational / Tactical


  • Lead and Oversee India Cluster Strategy aligned with Vision 2030
  • Drive strategic development with a strong focus on driving Indian Conglomerate & Consumer growth
  • Support and contribute to healthcare development strategy
  • Collaborate closely with all sales channels to enable strategic growth and business development across the cluster
  • Conduct regular review of business performance to ensure alignment with strategic growth objectives in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Organize Customer Events / Strategic meetings involving Board members

Leadership Responsibility


  • Work collaboratively with the National Management Team to align strategic priorities
  • Guide and enable sales channels on business development initiatives to support sustainable growth

Customer / Commercial Responsibility


  • Overall increase in customer volume and market penetration

Financial Responsibility


  • No direct P&L responsibility but will indirectly contribute through strategic initiatives and development

Strategic  Responsibility


  • Drive Vision 2030 with a focus on conglomerate, consumer, and healthcare
  • Contribute to the overall business growth and long term value creation for the cluster


What we would like you to bring
  • Proven experience in strategy, business development, or commercial leadership in complex organizations
  • Exposure to India Conglomerate, consumer, and/or healthcare sectors is preferred
  • Strong ability to develop and execute long-term growth strategies
  • Track record of driving market expansion, customer growth, and commercial performance
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience working across sales channels and cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leadership and key customers
