We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified CA/ MBA/Bcom to join our Finance team as an FP&A Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in managing monthly Management Information Systems (MIS), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and cost tracking processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly MIS reports, including but not limited to income statements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
Support in the development and maintenance of KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare variance analysis reports to highlight discrepancies between actual performance and budgeted/forecasted figures.
Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, working closely with department heads to gather input and validate assumptions.
Maintain and update cost tracking tools and databases to ensure accurate and timely reporting of expenses.
Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis activities.
Qualifications:
Semi-qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)/MBA /Bcom with a strong academic background in FP&A, reporting, finance, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, management reporting, or similar roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial modeling tools; experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
