We are looking for: Corp Unit- Special Solution Manager You’ll make an impact by: Acting as a solution Manager within a global IT organization and actively supporting the corporate units to meet their solution management goals. Analyzing and translating business requirements in the area of different corp units (e.g. Legal and compliance, special units) into appropriate configurations and solutions with different solutions based in Mendix, databases and cloud solutions. Designing, implementing, testing, and documenting system configurations and customizations in line with business and IT standards. Ensuring a smooth handover of deployed solution increments into service operations, including coordination with external service providers and training of end users and business stakeholders. Monitoring and managing the operational health, performance, and availability of the solution in close collaboration with external service providers. Defining, monitoring, and reporting on service level agreements (SLAs), key operational performance metrics and financial status. Coordinating incident and problem management, including root cause analysis, to ensure timely resolution and minimal business disruption. Collecting and evaluating end-user and business feedback to identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues, and continuously enhance the user experience. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including process descriptions, system configurations, service procedures, and knowledge base articles / wiki pages. Staying up to date with the latest in demand technologies and priorities of the business and participate in the innovations, including new features, releases, standard processes, and industry trends, to continuously improve tool adoption and service experience. You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in application management and project delivery, with a solid focus on IT related processes and technology stack. Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles. Good programming skills, Database knowledge like Oracle, Snowflake or any other Knowledge of Mendix or other low code tool. Deep understanding of the Data and its impact in the business. Demonstrable experience in working in global, complex and multi-technology based landscapes ensuring operational excellence, including demand, configuration, incident, problem, and change management. Familiarity with IT application architecture, data model, interfaces, settings, and configurations. Experience with process automation, API management and connection of SaaS products is an advantage. Superb communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and partner leadership skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, take ownership, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong team‑player mindset in a distributed, international environment within a global enterprise. A collaborative attitude, and a commitment to continuous improvements.
