About the Role:
We are looking for a Corporate Communications Specialist with 1-3 years of industry experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit compelling content for various corporate communication channels, including but not limited to press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and internal newsletters.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop content that aligns with corporate messaging and objectives.
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including media contacts, industry influencers, and internal executives.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and execute internal communication strategies to engage and inform employees.
Monitor and analyse media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for proactive communication.
Ideal Persona of the Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in content writing and stakeholder management.
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in writing for magazines, editorials, or media startups preferred.
Familiarity with employer branding concepts and internal communications strategies.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
