Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and user experience. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the applications function as intended, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and efficiency in the development lifecycle.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of application processes and workflows.
- Engage in code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with application design and development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of integration techniques and APIs.
- Familiarity with agile development practices and tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues efficiently.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
