- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development plans.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within ServiceNow environments.
- Experience in analyzing performance data to drive improvements and optimize workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow applications.
- Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow Performance Analytics with other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Performance Analytics.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
