Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team and project scope.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday US Payroll.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing and compliance requirements within the United States.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday applications to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll-related issues within the Workday environment.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management related to payroll systems.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Workday US Payroll.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
