Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software components.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable enterprise-level applications.
- Familiarity with application configuration and deployment processes in complex environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across multiple layers of software architecture.
- Experience working with collaborative development tools and version control systems.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
