Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- Strong knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience in designing data models that optimize performance and scalability.
- Experience with extracting, transforming, and loading data processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data integration and system performance.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery and collaboration.
- Competence in working with database technologies and understanding of system architecture to support robust software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
