- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Maintain documentation related to application design, configuration, and deployment processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- Experience in designing and configuring complex reports and dashboards within Workday environments.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application performance and data accuracy.
- Familiarity with data integration techniques and understanding of business process workflows.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Advanced Reporting.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
