Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software development.
- Assist in documenting software design and development processes to ensure clarity and maintainability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
- Continuously monitor and improve software performance and reliability through testing and debugging.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and configuration management.
- Experience with system integration and customization within product lifecycle management environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies relevant to product lifecycle management.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
