As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, constructing, and configuring software applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the developed applications are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software issues to maintain optimal application performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Experience in designing and configuring custom software applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently address complex software challenges.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and contribute to technical discussions.
- Good communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
