What will you be doing?


  • Your primary responsibilities will include Build and maintain a strong business relationship with all partners on both senior leadership and tactical level. Be up to date with roles and responsibilities within your team and each collaborator function to connect the right people at the right time.
  • Act as the advocate of CX & service management organization. Onboard new leaders from the team member side by showing them how we work, what services and tools are available, and helping them gain access and training materials.
  • Build & maintain well-working framework for customer feedback collected from senior leadership of collaborator; provide trend analysis on customer sentiment.
  • Partner & Relationship Management - Demonstrating the business framework and feedback from your team members, ensure partners' current and future needs are identified and met, providing updates on solutions for the desired business outcomes and proposed timelines.
  • Ensure conflicting team member requirements are mediated appropriately, handling customers’ complaints and partner concerns well through a sympathetic (yet formal) process.
  • Keep track of parallel project portfolios and roadmaps that each collaborator owns - find opportunities for collaboration or impact on the existing portfolio that your team is driving.
  • Communicate daily with CX and BA managers to ensure internal alignment and awareness, hence reducing the risk of conflicting agendas and rework.
  • Contribute to the execution of the Customer Experience and Service Management strategy. Participate in strategy validation and re-prioritization.

What will you need to be successful?


  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience or a relevant field.
  • Any of the below certifications will be welcome: Business Relationship Management Professional (BRMP®), Certified Business Relationship Manager (CBRM®), Master of Business, Relationship Management (MBRM®)
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of functional experience in service management, customer experience or agile service delivery function.
  • 2+ years of experience facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects based on management objectives.
  • Experience with Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Interacting and presenting to senior leadership, Thinking strategically and persuading and implementing a said strategy.
  • Leadership: Ability to set expectations with business partners and efficiently leverage governance for a positive business partner experience.
  • Ability to influence and break down silos within an organization as well across organization’s. Be able to influence others using personal rather than positional power.
  • Superb communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
