This role is key to create and maintain data visibility of all Customer Ops processes globally & KPIs, ensuring organization performance. This is key in order to boost profitability and reduce working capital, making our processes faster and more accurate, and serving Customers and internal stakeholders better. Create and maintain PowerBi dashboards for Customer Ops global and regional processes and tasks This includes working with data sources such as SAP, SVCMAX, Salesforce, Excel, Amazon connect, etc Key focus on Quote-to-cash tasks performed by Customer Ops: order entry, phone management, order processing, Holds, invoicing, dispute management, etc Perform analysis on data and extract conclusions as needed This support regional and global leaders, enabling the correct decision making Ad hoc and recurring analysis
