Key Responsibilities Perform data annotation and transcription of Hindi audio files with high accuracy Listen to voice recordings and convert them into clear, structured text Review and validate transcriptions to ensure consistency and quality Follow predefined annotation guidelines and project instructions Maintain productivity targets while ensuring data accuracy Work independently to complete assigned tasks within deadlines Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data-related queries Contribute to improving AI model performance through high-quality data input What Makes You a Great Fit Fluency in Hindi along with good command of English Strong listening, comprehension, and typing skills High attention to detail and ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy Willingness to work 40–50 hours per week in a structured manner Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision Access to a functional laptop and stable internet connection Immediate availability to join Interest in AI, data annotation, or transcription (prior experience not required)
