Project Role Description : Architects the data platform blueprint and implements the design, encompassing the relevant data platform components. Collaborates with the Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure cohesive integration between systems and data models.

As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive data platform blueprints that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration of various systems and data models. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and efficient data platforms, overseeing the architectural framework, and ensuring that all components work harmoniously to support business needs and data-driven initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies to meet evolving business requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data architecture and integration.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data platform architectures and best practices.
- Experience with data integration techniques and tools to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Ability to design scalable and secure data solutions that support large volumes of data.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and implementation within cloud environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing data platform performance to meet service level agreements.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
