Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of the data platform architecture to meet current and future business requirements.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance the data platform's capabilities and performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of data platform components and their architectural design principles.
- Experience collaborating with integration and data architects to ensure system interoperability.
- Ability to develop scalable and maintainable data platform blueprints.
- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation within complex data environments.
- Skilled in problem-solving and providing innovative solutions across multiple teams.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
