As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing the overall data platform architecture, ensuring that all components work seamlessly together. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to align system integrations and data models effectively. The position demands a strategic approach to building a robust and scalable data platform blueprint that supports organizational needs and future growth. The architect continuously evaluates and refines the platform design to maintain cohesion and efficiency across various data systems and components.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of data platform strategies to meet business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on data architecture goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data solutions and distributed computing environments.
- Strong knowledge of data integration techniques and data modeling principles.
- Ability to design scalable and secure data architectures that support complex analytics workloads.
- Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and metadata management practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
