Job Description

Lead the UC UXE team responsible for the design, development, testing, and delivery of user interfaces across web and mobile applications. Own end-to-end feature delivery, product quality, release readiness, and team development while ensuring an exceptional user experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of software and test engineers.
• Own end-to-end delivery of UI features, from design through deployment.
• Drive engineering excellence through modern development practices, automation, CI/CD, and code quality standards.
• Establish a "Dev Owns Quality" culture with strong emphasis on test automation and defect prevention.
• Partner with Product Management, UX Design, Architecture, and Platform teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Ensure releases meet functional, performance, security, and usability requirements.
• Manage team performance, talent development, hiring, and succession planning.

Basic Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Experience leading both development and test teams.
• Strong knowledge of modern UI technologies, automated testing, Agile development, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale software products.
