Meet the Team

The Finance Department provides best in class advice, support and control to our businesses and investors through an experienced and dedicated global team. Finance Projects & Strategy is the firm’s central financial analysis, reporting, and cross-functional finance project function. The team partners across Finance, Technology, Tech Support, and Operations to improve reporting and automation capabilities, strengthen controls, and support scalable, standardized Finance solutions.

What You'll Do

• Own the operational health, stability, performance, and support of Finance automation platforms, including Finance application servers, Alteryx workflows, Tableau dashboards, UiPath bots, and related tools

  
  

• Apply and reinforce SDLC and DevOps best practices, including version control, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and environment management, across Finance automation initiatives

  
  

• Partner with Finance, Technology, Tech Support, and Operations to design, deploy, and maintain resilient, scalable solutions

  
  

• Standardize deployment and release processes for Finance workflows, reports, bots, and applications to improve consistency, control, and reliability

  
  

• Drive continuous improvement across Finance automation solutions by strengthening rigor, controls, and operational resilience

  
  

• Help ensure Finance solutions are designed, deployed, and maintained in line with firm-wide engineering standards

  
  

What You Bring

• 3-5 years of experience in a DevOps or systems engineering role, ideally within financial services; hedge fund experience is a plus

  
  

• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle and DevOps best practices, with the ability to apply them across automation and efficiency initiatives

  
  

• Experience supporting stable, reliable, and well-controlled automation environments, with a focus on scalability, standardization, and operational resilience

  
  

• Experience supporting or integrating analytics and automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, or similar platforms

  
  

• Proficiency in Python, shell scripting, and SQL

  
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and close attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across applications, workflows, and infrastructure

  
  

• Effective communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Technology, Tech Support, Operations, and other stakeholders

  
  

• Ability to work within firm-wide engineering standards and help drive continuous improvement across Finance solutions
