What you will be doing

• You will be development leader for one of the large client global development leadership.
• Proactive to identify the gaps between different functions. 
• Lead complex projects (100+ workforce) with client commitments having multiple stakeholders.  
• Take care of 15+ scrums for concerns and blockers to perform.
• Coach and guide subordinates for career development, evaluation, and discipline.

What you bring:

• Effective leadership skills specially under pressure and strict delivery timelines
• Proactive to identify the gaps between different functions . 
• Have led complex projects (100+ workforce) with client commitments having multiple stakeholders  
• Taking care of 15+ scrums for concerns and blockers to perform .
• Ability to handle demanding situations, multiple deadlines, objectively evaluate information gathered and exhibit solid decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and comfortably with executive level managers.
• Ability to coach and guide subordinates for career development, evaluation, and discipline.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of management, employees, and outside professionals.
