Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Consultant- QA - SFDC

Supports automation, regression, and integration testing activities to improve test efficiency, enhance system reliability, and ensure seamless data and process flow across integrated applications.

Responsibilities

• Execute and support regression testing cycles to ensure stability across releases
• Assist in automation test execution, maintenance, and enhancement of test suites
• Validate APIs, integrations, and data flows between systems
• Analyze test results and identify defects across functional, integration, and regression layers
• Collaborate with developers, automation engineers, and QA leads to resolve test failures and defects
• Participate in test planning and provide inputs for improving automation and integration coverage
• Support CI/CD pipelines by validating automated test execution results
• Maintain test evidence, scripts, and documentation in line with quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with automation frameworks and tools
• Exposure to performance or non-functional testing
• Integration testing experience across enterprise or CRM platforms
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing concepts

• Experience supporting test automation initiatives
• Hands-on exposure to API and integration testing
• Understanding of regression testing strategies and defect lifecycle
• Familiarity with test execution in Agile delivery environments
• Strong technical curiosity and eagerness to learn automation practices
• Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Focus on test efficiency, coverage, and reliability
• Collaboration mindset across QA and engineering teams
