Job Description:

Performs tasks in support of engineering projects and/or programs for technical staff or facilities, design, or plant engineering personnel. Prepares and maintains all consultant contracts and invoices, including filing. Enters data on new equipment and/or fixed assets into database. Updates, generates, and distributes monthly capital and expense spending, Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) forms, Engineering Work Requests (EWR’s), energy consumption, cost reports, and other miscellaneous reports. Applies an advanced level of knowledge and understanding of departmental or business unit mission, goals, policies and procedures, etc. and provides appropriate response or referral to general inquiries. Provides minimal administrative support.
