Estate Manager

Our client is a formidable multinational entity with successful ventures in various sectors, including beverages, fast-food restaurants, retail, ice cream, dairy products, healthcare, and education.

They are looking for an experienced Estate Manager to manage their properties in Delhi (1 property) and in Dubai (3 properties).

Key Responsibilities:

• Property Management: Oversee daily operations and maintenance of properties in Delhi and Dubai.
• Staff Supervision: Manage a team of 60 household staff, ensuring high standards of service and performance.
• Travel Coordination: Organize and manage travel arrangements between Delhi and Dubai.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for property operations and maintenance.
• Vendor Relations: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers for timely procurement of services and supplies.
• Security Management: Ensure the security and safety of the properties, implementing security protocols and systems.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on property status, staff performance, and financials.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum of 10 years in estate management or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a senior position.
• Should have experience of managing private properties. 
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Willingness to travel frequently between Delhi and Dubai.
