Job Description
• Provide support mainly to executives with non-complex organizational responsibilities. Manage calendar through coordinating and rescheduling appointments. Anticipate travel needs and coordinate arrangements, itineraries, and logistics. Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks, including form preparation, invoicing, contact and email distribution list maintenance as well as actively participate with the Workplace team to support office events/initiatives.
Job Qualifications
Skills and Experience:
• High school degree (University degree is not required)
• Fluent in language, both verbal and written, min C1 level.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written, min C1 level.
• Administrative experience is an advantage
• Good PC skills (internet, Outlook), ability to use various virtual communication tools (Teams)
• Critical and analytical thinking
• Creative and proactive problem solving
• Professional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
• Stress resistance
• Flexibility
