The Opportunity


The XE analytics team operates across a broad spectrum of responsibilities such as web analytics, Voice of Customer, AB testing and data sciences. The analysts are responsible for driving deep customer insights using Adobe Experience Cloud (i.e., Adobe Analytics, CJA, Adobe Debugger), Big Data platforms (Hadoop/Hive/DBX) & VoC/BI tools (Qualtrics, PowerBI). As member of a global team, you will be working with multiple orgs & partners across time zones looking to solve customer problems & delivering better user experience through data. We are looking for analytically driven individuals with a passion for customer insights, storytelling, and an intent to make deep impact on the business.


What you’ll do


  • Work with a variety of teams like Marketing, Finance, Product, customer support and eCommerce to understand business & customer needs & enable them to make data -driven decisions.
  • Ability to pParse, stitch, and draw meaningful insights from different Adobe data sources (online, product usage, customer support, financial etc.) to understand visitor/customer behavior, user intent, market dynamics and surface performance using associated business performance metrics like Traffic, CVR, Product mix, High Value Actions, NPS, Customer sentiment, SEO ranking, ARR, Product engagement, LTV, CTR etc.
  • Proactively identify and analyze trends within the data., delivering actionable insights to key business stakeholders
  • As part of the AB testing lifecycle, coming come up with test ideas and help drive the optimization roadmap for better to improve user experience & , ARR/engagement increase app engagement, and drive growth/ARR and helping drive the optimization roadmap. Analyze test results and craft meaningful test summaries to provide interpretation, guidance, recommendations, and actionable insights for key business stakeholders.
  • To understand diverse customer intent using voice of the customer analytics and to provide actionable insights for key business stakeholders.
  • Partner with data engineering team to build & enhance the data/insights infrastructure helping with the creation & enhancement of vital reports and dashboards to visually communicate insights effectively & enable self-serve & scalability.
  • Employing text analytics tools to understand customer intent and answer the "why" behind trends &, and helping to evolve our approach to customer listening by building and optimizing NLP topic models.
  • Translating findings into powerful presentations and dashboards to help partner teams understand the opportunity and track progress on key initiatives.

What you need to succeed - Skills/Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree required along with at least 4-5 years of hands-on experience in data analytics.  MBA or Masters in a quantitative field like Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or IT a plus
  • Experience in analytics, product analytics and/or marketing analytics. Experience in B2C, B2B and eCommerce is preferred.
  • Experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics (preferred), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) (preferred) & text analytics preferred.
  • Should be strong in querying (SQL/Hive) for data extraction, stitching, and analysis/interpretation. This will help them you operate across online and offline Adobe data sources like Adobe.com (online), Product, Finance, eCommerce, and offline data sources like VoC, and customer support, etcfeedback channels to be able to stitch and analyze datatriangulate signals for insights and modelling.
  • Prior experience or expertise in A/B and multivariate testing, conversion rate optimization, design of experiments, the mathematics of statistical hypothesis testing coupled with the ability to draw meaningful business insights across multiple tests. Need to have knowledge of test design and ability to combine disparate data sources (web, product, financial etc.)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including a strong ability to convert large complex amount of data into actionable insights & presenting to a wide range of stakeholders and elucidate the key takeaways clearly and succinctly.
  • Good project management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet deadlines, and multitask in matrixed environment. Jira experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment with fine-tuned collaboration skills.
