Finance Manager, 3P & AF

Amazon seeks a Finance Manager to finance partner the ‘3P and Amazon Freight’ Lead for India business. The person would play a key role in driving the ‘cost out initiatives and negotiating with 3P carriers for optimized rates and owning end to end P&L for Amazon Freight business. The candidate would work with key stakeholders to strategize, plan and execute key initiatives. This includes, among other things, responsibility for Automation, use of AI and optimizing financial metrics, reporting, forecasting and to help business in decision support through data analysis & business insight.
This role will provide the candidate an opportunity to work across Operations with multiple stakeholders enhancing knowledge about Amazon Operations. This candidate will get an opportunity to set up a benchmark for it’s successors for the role, given it will be instrumental in setting up all critical processes, reporting and review mechanisms for a new business segment.
The position is based in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be strategic, analytical and have the demonstrated ability to effectively manage finances of a high-growth business including:
Performing financial reporting, analysis and financial modeling. Presenting recommendations to business leadership on strategic decisions and planned future initiatives.
Facilitate financial reviews with business group and work with business leaders to ensure effective finance and cost management.
Manage financial planning and analysis, forecasting of key input metrics
Plan the long term topology for IN operations using insights from the analysis and financial models.
Facilitate weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reviews with data analysis and follow through with leader across miles on actionable items for improving key input metrics over a period of time.

- 6+ years of finance experience
- CMA or CPA, or MBA in finance, accounting or related field
