What you’ll do

• Support the budgeting, forecasting and provide analysis of cost by department/functional stakeholders
• Able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change
• Conduct meetings reviewing expenditure and projects, highlighting potential overruns and trends.
• Provide variance reporting and investigative analysis against budgets, forecast and performance results.
• Facilitate headcount forecast and overall people cost analysis as required and maintain the integrity of correctly allocating cost to appropriate cost centers.

• Financial month end responsibilities
• Identify opportunities for initiatives from insight analysis and work on initiatives around finance process, systems and data pertaining to operational costs.

Who you are

• MBA, CA, CMA, 6 years and more – relevant experience in Budgeting, Forecast, Management Reporting, FP&A
• Excellent analytical skills and accounting
• Strong PC skills:  experience with financial systems/applications such as OneStream, Oracle, Qliksense, Qlikview, etc.  Strong Excel skills in data compilations and aggregation
• Working hours in shifts (between 10:00 am till 11:00 pm
