Project Role : Full Stack Engineer
Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. Use development skills to deliver innovative solutions that help our clients improve the services they provide. Leverage new technologies that can be applied to solve challenging business problems with a cloud first and agile mindset.

Summary:
As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires actively engaging in the entire development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client services, while continuously exploring and applying emerging technologies. Working within a cloud-first and agile environment, the engineer adapts to evolving business needs and contributes to creating efficient, scalable, and user-friendly applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex features ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain high-quality deliverables and timely project completion.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Google BigQuery.
- Experience with cloud-based data warehousing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of backend and frontend development principles.
- Ability to work with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with database schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in distributed systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Google BigQuery.
- This position is based at our BBDC1A - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
