We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Service Quality Director.
Global Liquidity under Global Payments Solutions (GPS) IT, is a critical part of Wholesale IT. The liquidity services comprise of s suite of 7 global applications that help corporate treasury department to manage their company liquidity.Key services that we cater to are pooling, cash concentration, intercompany loans, cash flow forecasting, liquidity investment solutions. Global Liquidity Services are both vendor products and in-house built products, running on SaaS models, public clouds and internal clouds.
oNeed a senior Service Quality Director in the Global Liquidity domainwith 20+ years of experience in leading vendor product quality acceptance, software quality assurance on internal and vendor products, and enhance quality outcome of the SDLC, and leading large testing teams.
oThe role is to lead the entire quality function for critical multi year liquidity programs including developing a global deposit service, migrating current services to cloud, and bring in a new investment service.Candidate should have hands on knowledge of liquidity domain, extensive experience in leading large testing teams with end to end responsibility, and experience in stakeholder managemnet across a wide spectrum inlcuding Business, IT, Operations, vendor etc.
oTo align with global transformation program, the role will lead the quality and testing transformation.Candidate should define transformation roadmap and implement the change program, which includes Quality Assurance & Quality Engineering best practices, methods & processes, tools, accelerators, automation, optimization and analytics solutions.
oThe ideal candidate is an experienced global leader, with a proven track record of leading test automation, transforamtion program as well as being a leader of organizational, operational and technological change.
oCandidate will be based on Business Bay, Pune location.
Principal responsibilities
Lead the entire testing and quality assurance function for multiple critical multi-year programs
oLead the testing and quality for all the services within global liqudity.
oAnalyze current issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
oLead quality and test transformation, identify their business and technical issues related to "Quality and testing” and recommend solutions.
oAdapt and implement agile ways of working, tooling and automation across all liqudity services.
oEstablish target operating model (TOM), quality control framework, testing framework,testing whitepaper and multi-year transformation roadmap for the organization.
oTake charge of change management, quality engineering, test optimization, automation, associated process, tools, operating model and implementation strategy that will help the organization improve quality.
oAbility in supporting automation across SDLC, with the ability to integrate of test data, environment and validation solutions, for internal build, vendor products, commercial and open source tools
Candidate with less relevant experience or skills may be offered a lower Global Career Band than stated above.
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised.
