Job Description

Following are the roles intended for this position:1.Claims managementa.Claim management as per BHS guidelines including receiving patient related documentation, verifying eligibility, calculating the payable claims, maintaining valid documentations, getting required approvals, and forwarding final documents for initiating payments2.Community Partner Network maintenance supporta.Maintain central repository of the network and keep it valid3.Document controla.Maintain documents related to administration of the department neatly and in good orderb.Participate in various periodic audits, both internal and externalc.Maintain confidentiality of medical information4.Managing Project and administration for the Health & Wellness office.a.Meeting co-ordinationb.Project Admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time.5.Supporting administration for the Health & Wellness department at Bangalore locationa.Co-ordinating team meetings and projects meetingsb.Vendor interaction co-ordinationc.Project co-ordination6.Manage Procurement related activitiesa.Learn and stay updated on the Bosch procurement processesb.Liaise with the procurement team for PO related processes and procurement of office supplies, services, mementos etc.c.Manage contract related documentation management as per Bosch processes7.Additionally, support administration / operational tasks that arise situationally and are assigned to this position.8.Project / Event activities – Time to time supporting the corporate departments during Senior Management visits and events related to the Health office and supporting with events and meets as required



Qualifications

Graduate (B.Com preferable)



Additional Information

5-8 years experience in handling office administrative activities or similar co-ordination jobHands on experience in office management and employee engagementKnowledge of SAP, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
