The purpose of the internship is to collaborate with the Finance & HR Manager for the following activities: personnel administration, payroll management, data management, and recruitment and selection activities.
Key purpose of the role
Personnel Administration - Assist in daily activities related to personnel document management, including employment contracts, certificates, and related documentation. Support in updating and archiving employee data in computer systems. Assist in handling procedures related to hiring and termination of employment.
HR Data Management - Support in collecting and processing Human Resources data. Contribute to creating reports.
Recruitment and Selection - Assist in candidate sourcing through advertisements and other sources. Collaborate in screening applications and managing preliminary selection phases. Participate in interviews and candidate evaluation processes. Assist in the performance management process.
Payroll - Assist in processing payroll and distributing salaries.
Education and Professional Skills
Recent graduate in HR Management / Business Administration / Economics, or equivalent disciplines.
A previous 6 months experience as HR intern is a plus. Prospective applicants who live near South Mumbai are strongly encouraged to submit their applications
