The process of obtaining and managing the raw materials needed for manufacturing a product or providing a service. It involves the transactional flow of data that is sent to a supplier as well as the data that surrounds the fulfillment of the actual order and payment for the product or service.
What are we looking for? • Basic understanding of Data Analytics/Accounts Payables/Invoice Processing or Finance functions
• Work experience in Procure to Pay or Data Analytics in F&A. Project Management experience, along with stakeholder management across business functions
• Excellent Data Interpretation Skills and Story Telling Skills around the Data
• Willingness to pick up skills on data engineering tools
• Handle conversations with multiple stakeholders from Service Delivery on topics around F&A (PtP / Accounts Payables) Benchmarking, Data requirements, latest trends in the industry, etc
• Good written and spoken communication skills in English, and the ability to interact with stakeholders
• Strong decision-making skills, can-do attitude and ability to work with ambiguity
• Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross-functional team
• MS-excel skills including formula, pivots, look-ups, statistical inferences
• Excellent analytical skills
• Great conversational and story-telling skills
• Self-motivated individual – willing to also work in individual contributor roles
• Ability to work in an ambiguous work environment
• Ability to prioritize conflicting activities
• Ability to work in Horizontal-Vertical Structure
• Good presentation, documentation and spreadsheet skills
• Hands-On experience on any of the analytical tools (Python, Revo R, Tableau, PowerBI etc.) and data management tools (SQL, Alteryx, Databrick, Redshift, Talend etc.)
Roles and Responsibilities: • Data collation and analysis of the following process data: Invoice Process, T&E, Vendor Maintenance, Payments and Batch processing, Payment Reconciliations, AP Helpdesk and Month-close activities
• Consolidate big data, analyze, resolve data gaps, infer key insights, presentation to stakeholders and support project governance
• Interact effectively with stakeholders, as well as other parties involved in analytics engagement
• Support discussions with the clients/stakeholders around data gaps, visualization requirement gathering etc
• Ensures compliance with data security, governance model and solutions deployed
• Build long-term relationship with stakeholders, support major customer escalations in order to ensure strong customer relationships and enhance business
• Procure-to-Pay Process and Data & AI powered support
• Carry out responsibilities for creating superior customer value for clients across industries by supporting design and implementation of business process solutions and contributing to every phase of the engagement – right from documentation of problem definition, diagnosis, solution generation, design, development of Apps (where applicable), and deployment of the App
• ‘Run’ the solution through the duration of contract and where applicable, support Data & AI enabled Process transformation and value tracking
• PtP process associate must engage with internal stakeholders at every phase and be able to support change management
