Role :
We are seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of access provisioning for applications and be able to hold discussions with recertification campaign owners to guide them to the appropriate campaign configurations. The candidate will follow existing protocols to run recertification campaigns, work with campaign owners on resolving data issues, and work with IAM Ops team to resolve any technical issues with staging campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for timely updating the recertification tracking system with the status of each campaign, monitoring the recertification campaign, and reporting any concerns. The candidate will provide weekly and final status reporting to campaign owners, maintain the operational run book, knowledge articles and user guides, provide weekly and monthly metrics reporting, and provide input on process improvements. The candidate will have a primary or back-up recertification administrator role for each campaign assigned to them. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for supporting the ServiceNow catalogs owned by the IAM team. They will work closely with the team to gather requirements, monitor progress of the work, perform UAT testing, and communicate updates to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow, project management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Hold discussions with recertification campaign owners and guide them to the appropriate campaign configurations
Follow existing protocols to run recertification campaigns
Work with campaign owners on resolving data issues
Work with IAM Ops team to resolve any technical issues with staging campaigns
Timely update recertification tracking system with status of each campaign
Monitor the recertification campaign and report any concerns
Provide weekly and final status reporting to campaign owners
Maintain the operational run book, knowledge articles and user guides
Provide weekly and monthly metrics reporting
Provide input on process improvements

Support data cleanup activities as needed
Train new team members on recertification campaign administration processes and protocols
Gather requirements for ServiceNow catalog items and translate to requirements document and workflows for the developer.
Manage ServiceNow development team for discussing priorities
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in the Identity and Access Management and Recertification administration
2+ years of experience with IAM governance tools (SailPoint, CyberArk, Okta, etc.)
Good understanding of access provisioning for applications
Fluency in O365 Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
Excellent communicator in written and verbal English language
Working knowledge of Power BI for creating metrics dashboards
Working knowledge of Visio Diagrams
Ability to provide timely and constant communication with campaign owners, certifiers, and recertification teams
Ability to maintain the operational run book, knowledge articles and user guides
Ability to provide weekly and monthly metrics reporting
Ability to provide input on process improvements
Ability to support data cleanup activities as needed
Ability to train new team members on recertification campaign administration processes and protocols
