You will be part of our Integrated Logistics team, adding your expertise + skills to the delivery of customer + operational excellence.


Your Role The position will report to the Business / Quality Manager of KN Integrated Logistics, with close working relationships across the business including Operations, Excellence Management, Performance Management and Business Analytics. Your Responsibilities

You will be working with internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key tasks:


  • Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards across all departments to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Support the creation and control of quality processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Verify the effectiveness of quality processes according to internal and customer requirements.
  • Monitor, record, and report on quality and business control matters to support team delivery against targets.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customer and team on operational quality matters.
  • Contribute to regular quality review meetings with customers and suppliers.
  • Manage supplier qualification and release processes, including due diligence and ongoing monitoring.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop business continuity plans.
  • Organize and perform internal and external audits, including follow-up on corrective actions.
  • Provide GxP training to the team and ensure compliance with training requirements.
  • Manage document management processes, including Good Documentation Practices and Technical Quality Agreements.
  • Handle non-conformities, including review, CAPA creation, and effectiveness review.
  • Ensure continuous improvement procedures are followed and support quality-related CI activities.
  • Supervise adherence to GxP quality systems and GDP guidelines.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and ensure compliance with customer quality standards.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • X years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of ISO standards and Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
  • Proven track record in supplier management, risk assessment, and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to train team members effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement and compliance with regulations.
