Project Role : Integration Engineer
Project Role Description : Provide consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements.

Throughout the day, the Integration Engineer drives discussions around transformation initiatives, customer journeys, and functional or application designs. This position ensures that both technology and business solutions align closely with the client s requirements, fostering collaboration and innovation to meet evolving business challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of integration efforts across diverse business units to ensure seamless solution delivery.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall technical capabilities.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing integration solutions using cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with API management, service orchestration, and middleware technologies.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration workflows.
- Familiarity with data transformation, mapping, and routing techniques within integration environments.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues to maintain system reliability and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud Service (ICS).
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
